Processing Times

  • Coffee Orders: Freshly roasted and packed within 1–3 business days.
  • Merch Orders: Processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times & Rates

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance processes.


Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@groundwire.coffee within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to help!


Returns & Exchanges

  • Merchandise: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and unwashed.
  • Coffee: Due to its perishable nature, coffee is non-returnable. However, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know—we’ll make it right.
