Most specialty roasters move fast. We don't. We roast slow, because slow-roasted coffee is sweeter, smoother, and easier to brew at home.

Ten years ago, when we opened our roastery, we noticed something frustrating: our coffee tasted amazing on our cafe equipment, but wasn’t quite the same at home. We wanted to fix that. After testing every variable, we found that slowing down the roast was the difference. Like slow-cooking a meal, it unlocked sweetness, softened acidity, and made brewing forgiving, even without special gear.

Now every blend we offer is slow-roasted to be consistent and easy, whether it’s brewed in your kitchen or at our shop.
